العملاء (اللي بيستنوا)
ما بنطلب اسم ولا رقم جوال. بنحفظ معرّف عشوائي للجهاز، واشتراك الإشعارات إذا وافقت عليه، وتاريخ الطلب وحالته، وتقييمك إذا قيّمت. التعليق السلبي بيوصل لصاحب المكان بس. الطلبات المنتهية بتنحفظ للتحليلات، وإشعاراتك بتنمسح أول ما تلغيها من المتصفح.
أصحاب المنشآت
بنحفظ البريد وكلمة السر (مشفّرة) وبيانات المنشأة والفروع والشعار. الدفع عن طريق Stripe، وما بنشوف بيانات البطاقة. بتقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بأي وقت.
مزوّدو الخدمة
Cloudflare (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات)، Stripe (الدفع)، Google Fonts (الخطوط)، وخدمات الإشعارات الخاصة بمتصفحك (Google / Apple / Mozilla) لتوصيل التنبيه.
الاستخدام
الخدمة لتنبيه العملاء بجاهزية الطلب أو الدور. ممنوع استعمالها لإرسال إعلانات أو رسائل ما إلها علاقة بالطلب. الاشتراك سنوي لكل فرع، وبتقدر تلغيه من إدارة الاشتراك.
Privacy & Terms

Waiting customers: no name or phone number is asked. We store a random device ID, your push subscription if you allow it, the order time and status, and your rating if you leave one. Negative comments go only to the business owner.
Businesses: we store your email, a hashed password, business and branch details, and your logo. Payments go through Stripe; we never see card data. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Processors: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Google Fonts (fonts), and your browser's push service (Google / Apple / Mozilla) to deliver alerts.
Use: the service alerts customers about their order or turn. It may not be used for ads or unrelated messages. Plans are yearly per branch and can be cancelled from the billing portal.
